Two important issues that we need to address in these days are ENERGY and ENVIRONMENT. Since they cannot be separated from each other, advanced technologies should achieve environmentally-benign energy conversion. Under these circumstances, thermal sciences can contribute substantially to the energy society, given that a large number of sustainable energy conversion systems are driven by thermal engineering. Our group focuses on the design, analysis, and optimization of these sustainable energy platforms.
